This Agreement Policy outlines the standard terms governing collaborations between Jhumar Mint Music, Artists, and Producers. By collaborating with Jhumar Mint Music, all parties agree to the terms stated below. Specific project-based agreements may be issued separately and will take precedence if applicable.

1. Artist Agreement

1.1 Scope of Agreement

This Artist Agreement applies to singers, lyricists, composers, performers, and any creative contributors engaged by Jhumar Mint Music for music production and related projects.

1.2 Artist Responsibilities

The Artist agrees to:

• Provide original and copyright-free work or properly licensed content

• Complete assigned work within agreed timelines

• Cooperate during recording, revisions, and promotional activities

• Ensure that submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights

1.3 Payment Terms (Artist)

• The Artist shall be paid in full before the song goes live or is released on any digital or offline platform.

• Payment will be made after the completion of the assigned work and final approval by Jhumar Mint Music.

• Once payment is completed, Jhumar Mint Music may proceed with distribution and promotion.

1.4 Rights & Usage

• Upon full payment, the Artist grants Jhumar Mint Music the right to distribute, promote, and monetize the content as per agreed terms.

• Ownership and royalty rights (if any) will be governed by individual project agreements.

2. Producer Agreement

2.1 Scope of Agreement

This Producer Agreement applies to individuals or entities investing financially or creatively in music production projects under Jhumar Mint Music.

2.2 Producer Responsibilities

The Producer agrees to:

• Invest the agreed amount toward production costs

• Support the project until release

• Ensure that contributions do not violate copyright or legal requirements

2.3 Revenue & Investment Recovery Terms

• After the song is released, the Producer shall receive 100% of the revenue generated from the song until the full invested amount is recovered.

• Once the total investment amount has been fully recovered, revenue sharing shall be as follows:

  • Producer: 30%

  • Jhumar Mint Music: 70%

This revenue-sharing model will apply across all monetization channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4 Rights & Monetization

• Jhumar Mint Music retains control over distribution, marketing, and monetization strategies.

• The Producer acknowledges that returns depend on audience reach, platform performance, and market conditions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content produced under this Agreement is protected by copyright laws. Rights ownership, licensing, and usage will be defined in individual project agreements where required.

4. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding financial terms, creative processes, and unreleased content.

5. Termination

Jhumar Mint Music reserves the right to terminate collaboration if:

• Agreement terms are violated

• False or infringing content is submitted

• Legal or ethical concerns arise

Outstanding obligations will be settled as per applicable terms.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.

7. Modifications

Jhumar Mint Music reserves the right to modify this Agreement Policy at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website.
