At Jhumar Mint Music, we believe in transparency, fairness, and long-term sustainability for artists and producers. This Royalty & Revenue Policy explains how revenue is generated, shared, and distributed across music projects released under our platform.

By collaborating with Jhumar Mint Music, all parties agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Policy Scope

This policy applies to:

• Artists (singers, lyricists, composers, performers)

• Producers and investors

• Music projects released under Jhumar Mint Music

• Digital and licensed revenue streams

2. Artist Royalty Policy

• Artists engaged under Jhumar Mint Music are paid in full before the song goes live, once the assigned work is completed and approved.

• As the Artist receives upfront payment, no post-release royalty share applies unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

• Jhumar Mint Music retains the right to distribute, promote, and monetize the content during the agreement period.

3. Producer Revenue Policy (3-Year Term)

3.1 Investment Recovery Phase

• From the official release date, the Producer receives 100% of the revenue generated by the song until the entire invested amount is recovered.

• This applies across all monetized platforms and revenue sources.

3.2 Post-Recovery Revenue Split

After the Producer’s investment has been fully recovered:

• Producer: 30%

• Jhumar Mint Music: 70%

This revenue sharing remains valid for the entire 3-year agreement period from the release date.

4. Revenue Sources Covered

Revenue may be generated from:

• Music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, JioSaavn, etc.)

• Digital downloads

• Video monetization

• Licensing and sync opportunities

• Other legally monetized distribution channels

Offline performances or special licensing deals may be governed by separate agreements.

5. Revenue Reporting & Payments

• Revenue reports may be shared periodically based on platform payout cycles.

• Payments are subject to platform processing times and applicable taxes.

• Jhumar Mint Music maintains transparent records to ensure accurate revenue calculation.

6. Agreement Duration

• This Royalty & Revenue Policy is valid for three (3) years from the official release date of each project.

• After the 3-year term, revenue rights and splits may be reviewed, renegotiated, or extended by mutual consent.

7. Rights & Control

• Jhumar Mint Music holds exclusive rights to distribute, promote, and monetize the content during the agreement term.

• Revenue performance depends on audience engagement, market conditions, and platform algorithms.

8. Taxation

• All parties are responsible for their own applicable taxes as per Indian law.

• Jhumar Mint Music is not liable for individual tax obligations of Artists or Producers.

9. Policy Modifications

Jhumar Mint Music reserves the right to modify this Royalty & Revenue Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the website.
